Pink Cat began from a moment of exhaustion.
 

After working intensely for a long time, I found myself feeling tired
not only physically, but also mentally.

I wanted to stop, to close my eyes, and simply be with myself for a while.
 

So I drew a pink cat lying on an oba leaf,
wearing a face mask with her eyes closed, doing nothing but resting.
 

At first, I was simply drawing what I needed in that moment.

But as I spent time creating her,
I realized that the act of drawing was healing something in me, too.

Pink Cat became a quiet space where I could pause,
breathe, and allow myself to rest without feeling guilty.

 

Through my work, I explore self-acceptance, rest, emotions,
and the relationship we have with our inner world.
 

I hope Pink Cat can offer that same feeling to others:
a gentle reminder that it is okay to pause, to do nothing, to feel, and to simply exist.
 

Because sometimes, we don't need to fix ourselves.
 
Sometimes, we just need to rest and be with ourselves.
